Meet Our Lending Team

Richard Burzynski

VP/Commercial Lending Relationship Manager

Richard Burzynski is a Relationship Manager and Vice President for First Bank. He is responsible for
managing and developing a multi-million dollar commercial portfolio of customers, by providing
various loan, cash management, and deposit products.

Richard has worked in the banking industry for twenty years. Immediately prior to joining the
First Bank team, he served as a Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager in Provident Bank’s
Business Banking Department. He has been a Credit Analyst, an Underwriter, as well as a Portfolio
Manager in the Middle-Market segment.

Richard Burzynski has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Rutgers University. He is a parishioner
at St. Clement Pope & Martyr Church in Dover, and serves as the Treasurer for the Boys Basketball
Booster Club for Morris Hills High School in Rockaway.
